Fill your site with live MLS listings.
MLS Import brings your MLS's live listings and their media into Barbican on demand, a single listing or a whole office, in the exact RESO shape the MLS sends. No field mapping to configure, nothing lost.
Install the free Barbican plugin, then add MLS Import from Barbican → Add-Ons. Connects to MLS Grid.
Three steps. No field mapping, nothing lost.
Create a connection
Add your MLS Grid feed once: a name, the feed URL, and your access token. The token is stored encrypted and write-only, so it never leaves your server. There is nothing else to wire up.

Create an import
Point an import at exactly what you want, a single listing or a whole office, and start it. Optionally narrow it by status or property type. That is the entire setup: no field map, no data plumbing.

See the results
Every run is a recorded job with a live, glass-box log, and the exact list of listings it brought in. Each one lands in the RESO shape the MLS sent, ready across your site with nothing to clean up.

Everything you need to run on live data.
No field mapping, nothing lost
Barbican stores every listing in the exact RESO shape the MLS sends. No kilometer-long field map to configure, and no lossy transformation into generic WordPress fields.
Your MLS key stays on your server
Your access token is stored encrypted and write-only on your own site, and never sent back to the browser. You never hand it to a third-party service to hold.
One import fills your whole site
Each import pulls the complete record: photos, rooms, unit types and open houses, live across your property pages, search and open-house calendar right away.
A glass-box log for every run
Every run is a recorded job with a full, timestamped log you can follow live: every page fetched, every photo downloaded, every retry.
Scoped and on demand
Import exactly what you want and it runs to completion. No runaway MLS-wide pulls, and re-running an office import resumes where it left off.
Built on the free core
MLS Import extends the free Barbican plugin: the same data model, the same blocks, no lock-in.
One simple plan.
- Live MLS Grid imports, on demand
- Photos, rooms, unit types & open houses
- Encrypted, write-only credentials
- Glass-box import logs
- Plugin updates & support
Install the free Barbican plugin, then buy MLS Import in-app from Barbican → Add-Ons. Billed annually through Freemius.
Questions, answered.
Do I need the free Barbican plugin?
Yes. MLS Import is an add-on that extends the free Barbican core, so install and activate Barbican first, then add MLS Import.
Which MLSs are supported?
This release connects to MLS Grid, and only MLS Grid. If your MLS is not on MLS Grid, email contact@barbicanwp.com before buying. Because Barbican imports in the RESO standard, adding another RESO-compliant feed is often a modest change, and we will confirm the fit with you first.
How am I billed?
MLS Import is a paid annual license handled through Freemius, our payments and licensing provider, so billing, invoices and renewals are all managed there.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel your license renewal at any time from your Freemius account, and keep using the add-on through the end of your paid term.
Put your MLS on your site.
Install the free plugin, add MLS Import, and go live with real inventory.
